This is not an organ marketplace and not a donor matching service. Organs are never bought, sold or brokered here, and no page on this site will tell you that you qualify for a transplant, or that a donor may proceed — those are judgements for a transplant team and, in most countries, a regulatory authority. Where a living donor is involved, that donor is someone the patient already knows and can document a relationship with. Any service offering to supply one should be treated as a serious warning sign.
